Rally Pro jacket – top-of-the-line choice for great adventures
The Acerbis Rally Pro motorcycle jacket is designed for the most demanding riders who are looking for durable, functional, and comfortable clothing for long off-road rides or adventures. Made of polyester and synthetic leather with an elastic cut, the jacket offers plenty of freedom of movement even when wearing bulky protective gear.
The design includes 8 external and 3 internal pockets, 3 of which are waterproof, providing plenty of storage space and practicality for carrying items. Ventilation is provided by 4 air vents at the front and on the sleeves and 2 rear air vents, which are ideal for maintaining comfort even in the hottest climates. Removable sleeves with the Quick Remove system allow you to quickly convert the jacket into a vest, adapting it to different conditions of use.
The Rally Pro jacket is also designed for use with a hydration pack, with a special pocket and quick external access. Thanks to double hook-and-loop fasteners on the sleeves and double button adjustments on the sides, it adapts perfectly to any body type.

Waist adjustment with straps and a drawstring ensures a precise fit, while large travel pockets add practicality on long trips. Adjustable ventilation openings with zippers at the top of the legs ensure comfort even on the hottest days.

The new Rally Race jacket is designed for those looking for lightweight and practical clothing suitable for the most intense off-road riding. Made from ultra-strong stretch fabric and without an inner lining, it guarantees freedom of movement and instant comfort. The Quick Remove Sleeves system allows the sleeves to be quickly removed, turning it into a vest, while six pockets – two in front and four in back, including a large pocket at the bottom – offer space and organizational freedom. The front pockets also function as ventilation openings, making the jacket suitable for multiple seasons.
Designed for the Drinky system, with an externally accessible pocket and innovative weight distribution on the front, it offers better balance than traditional systems. Made from lightweight, flexible and durable fabric, Rally Race IN pants offer comfort and performance in demanding riding conditions. Technical AX Suede knee inserts provide excellent grip and protection, while adjustable front zippered vents ensure optimal airflow. Two cargo thigh pockets add practicality and easy storage. Mesh panels on the calves improve breathability, and adjustable hook-and-loop waist straps allow for a customized fit for every body type.
