Returning a product

14-day return policy

• If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product purchased from our online store, you have the right to return it within 14 days and receive a refund (in accordance with section 2.6 of the online store’s general terms and conditions).
• To return a product, please fill out the withdrawal form or send a free-form withdrawal notice to info@ostlemine24.ee.
• In the event of deterioration of the goods to be returned, the buyer is liable for any reduction in value resulting from the use of the goods if they have used the goods in a manner other than is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning. In order to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the buyer may handle and use them only as they would normally be allowed to do in a store.
• We will refund the money for the returned product to the buyer’s bank account immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the buyer’s withdrawal notice. Memas OÜ may refuse to refund the money until the buyer has returned the item that was the subject of the contract or provided proof that they have sent it back.
• Goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned. Audio and video recordings with opened packaging and computer software cannot be returned either.
