Thermal Adhesive 70ml Technicqll Fire-resistant paste based on silicates. Excellent for materials operating at very high temperatures above 1000°C. Resistant to exhaust gases, diluted acids, water, chemicals, and low temperatures. Key features: Gel consistency, temperature resistant, chemically resistant. Application: Intended for repairs, assembly, and sealing of exhaust systems (e.g., manifolds, mufflers) in vehicles and construction, sealing damaged chamotte, metal, and ceramic pipes conveying and discharging exhaust gases and liquids. Benefits: Does not drip, ideal for vertical surfaces; repairs elements operating at high temperatures; repairs smoke channels and sets fireplace inserts. Bonding: Surfaces should be free of contaminants (dust, water, grease, etc.). Degrease metal surfaces using Cleaning Set P-102 or Technical Degreaser P-959. Apply adhesive to one surface, spread evenly, and join elements. Position can be corrected within 5 minutes. Sealing: The joint/gap should be clean. Apply adhesive and smooth with a spatula dipped in water. Position can be corrected within 5 minutes. Specifications: Color: gray; Full curing: 24 h; Temperature resistance: -40°C to 1200°C; Shelf life: 18 months. IMPORTANT: After thorough drying and firing at above 500°C for about 2 hours, the joint becomes water and aqueous solution resistant. Heat gradually to avoid bubbles and cracks.
