Instant adhesive for bonding all materials (except PE and PP), both hard and flexible, e.g., glass, metals, plastics, rubber, porcelain, wood, stone. Bonds instantly and seamlessly. Features: Narrow applicator packaging; flexible adhesive; instant bonding (sets in seconds). Benefits: Precise application in hard-to-reach places, low adhesive consumption; bonds materials with different properties, remains flexible after drying; short repair time; precise, invisible bonding. Application: Intended for instant bonding of metal, rubber, wood, ceramics, cement, hard plastics, glass, leather, plywood, aluminum, etc. (except PE, PP, and Teflon). Bonds hard and flexible materials. Also used for bonding metal combinations “metal + rubber, plastics + rubber, paper + plywood + glass,” etc. Bonds O-ring type seals. Parameters: Viscosity: 40 cP (mPas); Shear strength: 3.5 MPa; Max gap filling: 0.10 mm; Temperature range: -55°C to 80°C; Shelf life: 12 months. Usage: When opening the tube for the first time, pierce the membrane with the upper part of the cap. Increased air humidity accelerates curing. Degrease surface (P-102 or P-959 Technical Degreaser). Substrate should be clean and degreased. Apply adhesive only to one bonding surface. Do not apply excessive adhesive (less adhesive results in stronger bonding). After applying adhesive, join surfaces and press, holding for 10 to 90 seconds depending on material. Clean applicator from adhesive residues, unblock nozzle, and close tube.
