Adhesive for PP, PE, PTFE 8g+8ml Technicqll

Set for bonding polyolefins and other hard-to-bond materials (PTFE, silicones) with smooth, fitted surfaces. Contains a primer that increases the surface tension of polyolefins and a modified cyanoacrylate adhesive. Without the primer, it can be used for bonding standard materials.

Application:
Bonding plastics with low surface energy: polyolefins (PE, PP), PTFE, silicone rubbers. Also intended for bonding: metal, rubber, wood, ceramics, cement, hard plastics, glass, leather, plywood, aluminum. Bonds hard and flexible materials. Also used for bonding metal combinations “metal + rubber, plastics + rubber, paper + plywood + glass, etc.”

Usage:
Clean and roughen bonded elements.
Degrease the surface (P-102 or P-959 Technical Degreaser). Surfaces should be clean and free of contaminants.
Apply a thin, even layer of “BASE” primer to the bonded surfaces.
Wait 2-3 minutes.
Apply a thin, even layer of adhesive to one surface (the less adhesive, the stronger the bond).
Immediately join the elements, press and hold for a few seconds.
Do not move or adjust the joint.
