A fascinating and engaging battleship game that every parent surely knows from their childhood. The rules are simple – the first to sink all opponent’s ships wins the round.

To start, sit opposite each other and set up your suitcases so the opponent cannot see your ship layout. Each player takes five ships – a destroyer, two submarines, a battleship, and a transport ship – and places them on the ocean board inside the suitcase. Ships can be placed vertically or horizontally but not diagonally. Once the game starts, ship positions cannot be changed.

Decide who starts. To guess a spot, say, for example, 7-B. The opponent says if it’s a hit or miss. If it’s a hit, the player gets another chance to try to sink the entire ship.

When an opponent’s ship is sunk, it is handed over to the other player, who places it in a special container in the suitcase. The winner is the first to sink all opponent’s ships.
