INSTALLATION LOCATION SELECTION
To ensure maximum protection, it is recommended to install the device in all rooms and on every level of the residential building (both where devices or installations that may be potential fire sources are located and in other rooms).
DEVICE SERVICE LIFE
The average service life of the device (electronic sensor) is about 5 years. This depends on environmental conditions during operation, production date, number of alarm activations, etc. Regular replacement of worn models with new ones is recommended.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
To minimize fire risk, have heating systems, ventilation, chimneys, and exhausts from fuel-powered devices checked regularly (at least twice a year) by qualified specialists. Always install heating devices according to manufacturer recommendations and local building codes. All devices should be installed and checked by specialists after installation. Regularly inspect fuel supply and exhaust pipes for leaks, cracks, rust, etc. All household members must be familiar with alarm devices used in the installation.
ALARM ACTIVATION
When the alarm sounds:
– IMMEDIATELY LEAVE THE SMOKE-FILLED ROOM WHERE THE ALARM SOUNDED
– Contact Fire Department or Police
– If any poisoning symptoms (e.g., headache) occur in you or household members, contact a doctor immediately
– In case of false alarm, check installation correctness and device installation location
