AG Silver is a thermal conductive paste with added silver compounds. The high thermal conductivity of silver compensates for the insufficient thermal conductivity of carbon-silicon compounds. The thermal paste is silver-colored, and its thermal conductivity is much higher than typical carbon-silicon compounds.
