Slow-moving vehicle identification plate – triangle for tractor.
A triangular identification plate must be mandatorily placed on agricultural tractors, slow-moving vehicles, and trailers intended to be connected to these vehicles. The appearance and dimensions of the plate comply with the requirements specified in Annex No. 11 to the regulation on vehicle technical conditions (Road Traffic Law). The triangle is made of aluminum sheet. The center of the triangle is red reflective material, and the border is red fluorescent material. The edges of the plate are protected with a rubber hose. Dimensions: height: 36 cm, width: 41 cm, inner triangle arm: 35 cm. The triangular plate complies with UN ECE Regulation No. 69. ITS certificate. E 20 homologation.
The identification plate should be mounted at the rear of the vehicle, perpendicular and symmetrical to its longitudinal axis and perpendicular to the road surface, although mounting on the left side of the vehicle is allowed, maintaining other conditions. The triangle’s apex points upwards.
