R.M.S. Titanic

R.M.S. Titanic – a British Olympic-class transatlantic liner belonging to the White Star Line shipping company.
During its maiden voyage from Southampton to New York via Cherbourg and Queenstown, it collided with an iceberg on April 14, 1912, and sank.
Its disaster led to amendments in maritime safety laws and regulations.
