Game “Szybka kawka” (“Quick Coffee”)

“Quick Coffee” is a family board game about managing a café. Everything happens fast, and time pressure is huge. The main street is full of great cafés; this is one of them. It stands out with cozy decor, delicious coffee, and social media popularity. For customers, it’s a place to relax; for baristas, a real battlefield. Every order must be perfectly prepared and served on time.

Each player has their own board representing their café counter. It includes upgrade tiles that, when activated, help players handle customer orders. Each player also gets three cups to place ingredients for delicious drinks. Players receive initial order cards. By placing their pawns on the ingredient board, players also get the first ingredient for fulfilling orders. During the game, players gather ingredients, add them to cups, and create tasty drinks according to customer orders.

On their turn, a player moves their pawn on the ingredient board 1 to 3 spaces. Each space passed corresponds to an ingredient taken from the pool. The player distributes gathered ingredients into their cups. If a cup contains all ingredients needed for an order, the player moves that cup onto the corresponding order card. After verifying all ingredients match the order, the player moves the card to completed orders and returns ingredients to the pool. Players earn points for completed orders. Then the player marks time passing by moving all order cards one slot down. If an order card falls below the board, the order cannot be fulfilled and goes to the unfulfilled pile, causing penalty points. Players can use upgrades during the game to help gather ingredients and tempo tokens to make extra moves.
