PVB 60 varnish 50ml AGT-199

Fast-drying transparent PVB coating with good insulating properties. Protects printed circuit boards and other components operating in adverse weather conditions against corrosion. The coating protects PCBs from stray currents and short circuits. In serial production, the lacquer can be applied by brush, dipping, or spraying. If the mixture is too viscous for spraying devices, it can be thinned by adding a thinner. Exact proportions must be determined individually. The product must be properly stored. The lacquer is prone to crosslinking. It forms a protective and insulating layer shielding against atmospheric influences such as moisture, oxidation, dust, and chemical contaminants; adheres well to metal, plastic, and wood surfaces; creates a coating resistant to diluted acids, alkalis, and weather conditions; soldering through the lacquer layer is possible; prevents sparking and corona discharges; limits breakdowns between tracks; does not change transparency or flexibility even after long time; operating temperature: from -50°C to +150°C. Ignition temperature: 380 °C.
