PVB 16 400ml AG AGT-115 varnish

Fast-drying transparent PVB coating with good insulating properties. Protects printed circuit boards and other components operating in adverse weather conditions from corrosion. The coating prevents stray currents and short circuits on printed circuit boards.
PROPERTIES:
Creates a protective and insulating layer against atmospheric influences such as moisture, oxidation, dust, and chemical contaminants;
Adheres well to metal, plastic, and wood surfaces;
Forms a coating resistant to diluted acids, alkalis, and weather conditions;
Allows soldering through the lacquer layer;
Prevents sparking and corona discharges;
Reduces breakdowns between tracks;
Does not change transparency or flexibility even after long periods;
Operating temperature: -50°C to +150°C;
Ignition temperature: +380°C;
Operating temperature range: -40°C to +60°C.
APPLICATION:
Insulates and protects electronics, printed circuit boards, cables and wires, high-voltage transformers, electric motor coils;
Used in automotive to avoid shorts and short circuits;
Seals plastic housings of plugs and sockets;
