What is an inhaler?
The anatomy of the respiratory system discriminates against delivering substances with a diameter exceeding 5 µm (micrometers, i.e., microns). Inhalations using particles larger than this are indicated only when targeting the nasal cavity, larynx, or trachea. Reaching the sinuses, bronchial tree, or alveoli is possible only with very fine molecule sizes. Market-available inhalers do not always produce an appropriate carrier for medicinal substances. The Promedix® inhaler is a device that enables such treatment.

Application:
Respiratory therapy using saline solution or medications in a nebulizable form prescribed by a doctor. Supports colds. We recommend starting every cold with saline nebulization to moisturize and help clear mucous membranes and aid cough expectoration. Such nebulization, e.g., before sleep, helps your child sleep peacefully without nasal congestion or persistent cough.
Importantly, the medication administered during nebulization acts locally and reaches exactly where it should without burdening the child’s delicate stomach. Previously, nebulizers were available only in hospitals or could be rented from clinics – now you can have this practical device at home and use it as soon as you notice the first cold symptoms.
