Due to the entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 of 13 December 2023 on harmonized rules for fair access to data and its use and amending Regulation (EU) 2017/2394 and Directive (EU) 2020/1828, the Data Act, Megabajt sp. z o.o. informs that NEVIQ electric scooters (KTM: NEVHUL47384, NEVHUL47591, NEVHUL47595) are equipped with a communication module enabling data collection and transmission during use. Data are generated and shared in connection with the Tuya app.
Data are stored on Tuya app servers.
Stored information:
– Personal data: Username; Email address, Mobile phone, “Nickname”, Gender, Photo (if uploaded), Phone code for location verification, Time zone.
– Device-generated data: Device name, Device ID code, Connection status (paired), Device activation date, Software version, MAC address, IP address, DP name, total device mileage.
