PALS webbing is applied on the front, straps, and side pouches, allowing attachment of gear in the MOLLE system – enabling mounting of additional pockets. FULL ADJUSTMENT – the side walls and top part of the backpack have 2 adjustable straps with buckles for compression. Shortening the straps allows flattening the backpack, e.g., when the main compartment is nearly empty and only smaller pockets are filled. Adjustable straps are also useful for securing carried equipment such as sleeping mats, tents, etc. DETACHABLE FANNY PACK – the backpack includes a detachable fanny pack mounted in the MOLLE system.
