Remove the nail from the punctured tire. 2. Coat the rasp with glue and insert it into the hole left by the nail. Try to do this at the same angle as the puncture. The hole should fill with glue. 3. Thread the cord onto the hook and fold it in half, ends up. 4. Coat the cord with glue and push the hooked cord into the hole. Two ends of the cord should protrude about 0.5 – 1 cm above the tire tread. 5. Pull the hook out of the tire with a firm motion. 6. Cut off the two protruding ends of the cord leaving 5 mm above the tire.
