Phase by phase
Gameplay divides into phases forming rounds. In the Restructuring Phase, players secretly choose employees whose skills they’ll use this round. The company hierarchy means groups of employees report to supervisors, who report higher up, with the CEO at the top.

Step by step
The most important phase is Work from 9:00 to 17:00, divided into steps: hiring new employees, promoting existing ones, using marketers to launch ad campaigns, preparing food and drinks, placing new customer houses on the map, and building new restaurant locations.

To victory
In the Lunch Phase, city residents leave homes to eat, starting customer competition. Customers choose only restaurants offering all required products. If multiple locations qualify, customers prioritize price and proximity. Earnings are paid from the Bank. The game ends when the Bank runs out of money.
