What Drivers Do. In the “Interesting…” series, we present, among others, professions children dream of! We show how interesting, difficult, fascinating, and sometimes dangerous tasks are performed by women and men working in these professions. We pay special attention to gender equality – so as not to exclude any reader. Drivers operate various vehicles: small passenger cars and huge trucks, water taxis and construction machines, police cars and city buses, and many other vehicles. They drive very close or embark on long multi-day trips. They care for their own and passengers’ safety, and some are there to help others. All must learn many traffic rules and follow them – this is the beginning of a great adventure behind the wheel of a dream car!
