Alliance Now! Cunning Card Game

The bison ruler of the Great Primeval Forest wants to strengthen his position worldwide. To do so, he plans alliances with monarchs ruling other continents and sends foxes – his most skilled messengers – to persuade leaders to make a pact. Players take on the role of these messengers!

Act quickly and cleverly – the one who proves the most cunning and gains monarchs’ favor fastest becomes the ruler’s Chief Advisor.

In this cunning card game, watch other players carefully and try to place all your gifts on mission cards as fast as possible. There are 12 mission cards – half are rulers, half are gifts. Each mission card has a unique symbol. At the start, each mission card has one chest token. To place a gift on a mission card, you must have a sum of symbols in your hand and/or in front of you greater than the number of chest tokens on that card.

Alliance Now is another game by top designer Reiner Knizia, teaching strategy, tactics, and light bluffing in a healthy competitive atmosphere. Beautifully illustrated cards by Piotr Sokołowski enhance every deal, and simple rules make it easy to encourage non-regular board gamers.
