Aeon’s End game Buried Secrets expansion

Buried Secrets is a large expansion for Aeons End, Aeons End: Legacy, and Aeons End: Eternal War. The box contains over 150 cards, including new Jewel, Artifact, Modifier, Spell, and Nemesis cards, as well as innovative Impulse, Silence, and Shield tokens that significantly change gameplay, revealing new possibilities in Aeons End. Depending on the base game, you will introduce previously unknown mechanics (Aeons End, Aeons End: Eternal War) or deepen those already known (Aeons End: Legacy).
Dirty game
Buried secrets are buried for a reason—no one should dig them up. But when the enemy uses all means to destroy us, we must respond in kind. Gravehold is threatened again, and this time there is no room for half-measures.
You are stronger
In Buried Secrets, you will use 45 previously unknown Spell cards, 25 Artifact cards, and strengthen yourself with 56 Jewel cards. Playing Psychic Blast deals damage equal to the number of cards discarded in any player’s discard pile. Using Fragment of the Past grants 3 ether charges, and if your discard pile has at least 7 cards, you get 4 charges.
But enemies also
The expansion introduces 9 new Minions. Some enter the game with Shield tokens on their cards. When such a Minion is attacked, remove 1 Shield token regardless of damage dealt. If you want to make life even harder, shuffle a new Flash card into the Nemesis turn deck. When drawn, resolve the Nemesis main phase, then resolve the entire Nemesis turn normally.
Impulses and Silences
In Buried Secrets, you will silence enemy Minions and use the power of powerful impulses. When a spell silences a Minion, place a Silence token on it. During the next Nemesis turn, ignore that Minion’s PERMANENT effect. Impulses are used by some Mages to enhance their actions. A player cannot have more than 5 Impulses at once. Impulse tokens carry over from turn to turn.
