Setup:
– Scan QR code, download Smart Life app, and install on your phone.
– Smart Life app also available on App Store or Google Play.
– Ensure your phone is connected to home Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz).
– Plug the WiFi Smart power strip into an electrical outlet.
– Blue LED flashes; if not, press the “On” button for about 5 seconds to reset.
– Add devices in Smart Life app by tapping “+” and selecting “Power Strip” under “Electrical.”
– Follow on-screen instructions. Note: Enable Bluetooth on phone and only 2.4 GHz network on router. 5 GHz must be enabled for login.
– After successful setup, go to device control, tap pencil icon to rename device.
– Configure switches as needed with options like countdown timer, weekly schedule, random on/off times.
– To use Amazon Echo voice control:
– Open Amazon Alexa app, select “Skill” menu.
– Search and activate Smart Life skill.
– Choose country code, enter Smart Life account credentials, and link.
– Return to menu, select “Smart Home,” then “Devices,” and tap “Discover.”
– Now you can control smart devices via Alexa.
