Device designed for stripping insulation from wires. Working range of the stripper: 0.2 – 6.0 mm² (10 – 24 AWG). Multifunctional, reinforced tool with rubberized handle and hardened blades. Mechanism: front, automatic – automatically adjusts to the cross-section of the wire during insulation removal. Also includes wire cutter and terminal crimper. The insulation stripper is a practical tool allowing quick and precise removal of insulation from single or multi-core wires. To strip insulation, insert the wire into the jaws so it fits evenly against the tool, then squeeze the handle.
WIRE CUTTER – another function is wire cutting. The 11 mm blade is located between the tool handles. To cut a wire of similar or smaller width, place it between the blades and squeeze firmly.
CONNECTOR TERMINAL CRIMPER – the device can crimp insulated and non-insulated connector terminals on wire cores from 1.5mm² to 6 mm². Insert the core with stripped terminal into the connector, then place it in the crimping area.
PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT + LIMITER – the tool has a knob under the jaws to adjust the pressure on the insulation, preventing wire damage during work.
