Two-component paste for repair or regeneration of machine parts damaged by friction, corrosion, cavitation, or impact. Contains graphite providing self-lubricating effect. Indispensable for regenerating worn connecting rods, shafts, bearing seats, keyways. After curing, can be painted and mechanically processed (drilling, sanding, threading). Features: Solvent-free; easy to use; thixotropic consistency; contains graphite; contains metal powders; water and temperature resistant; allows regeneration of expensive parts; resistant to aggressive chemicals; after drying, can be processed mechanically. Benefits: Safe to use; mix and apply; does not drip on vertical surfaces; reduces wear, improves machinability; good thermal conductivity and expansion; for indoor and outdoor use; cost-saving; industrial use; allows restoration of damaged parts. The Steel Paste is a two-component, thixotropic composite intended for repair and regeneration of parts made of steel, cast steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals. After full curing, it can be mechanically processed. Resistant to weather, temperature, and aggressive chemicals. It is an alternative to costly repairs. Widely used in automotive workshops, industrial plants, and households. Typical applications: Repair and regeneration of worn bearing seats; regeneration of worn shafts; removal of casting defects in cast iron, cast steel, and non-ferrous metal castings; repair of worn keyways and guides; repair of metal parts subjected to further mechanical processing (turning, milling, threading, sanding). Parameters: Color: dark gray; Pot life after mixing: 30 minutes; Initial curing: 120 minutes (at 20°C); Full curing: 24 h; Shear strength: 11.0 MPa; Temperature range: -40°C to 120°C; Shelf life: 36 months. Usage: For reinforcement, use Glass Mesh T-048. Sand repair surface with sandpaper or file. Remove all dirt and degrease (use Cleaning Set P-102 or Technical Degreaser P-959). Prepare mixing bowl. Apply equal volumes of components A + B using different spoons – if in doubt, use less hardener (component B). Mix thoroughly until uniform color and consistency without streaks or air bubbles. Apply mixture to repair area, filling gaps and recesses first. Repair within 30 minutes of mixing.
