INSTALLATION:
Remove unnecessary covers from the rim and clean its outer side.
Place the steel expansion ring with the notch under the valve and press it into the clamp pawl slots.
Align the hubcap with the rim so that the valve hole in the hubcap matches the valve on the rim.
Place the hubcap on the lower part of the rim, support it with your knee, press the top two clamp pawls (tilt) with your fingers from top down on the hubcap, and simultaneously push the hubcap inward onto the rim edge.
Press around the entire rim circumference.
