E-shop terms and conditions

Validity of the sales contract, product and price information

The terms and conditions of sale apply to purchases made in the online store.

The prices of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee will be added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the online store are in euros.

The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.

Information about the goods is provided in the online store directly next to the goods.

Placing an order

To order goods, add the desired products to your shopping cart. To complete your order, fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The total amount will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely using the following payment methods:

  • Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Pocopay
  • Estonian pay later solutions: Inbank pay next month, Inbank split into parts, Liisi ID
  • Kniks giftcard
  • Visa/Mastercard car payments
  • Finnish bank payments: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki
  • Latvian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele ja Luminor
  • Lithuanian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Šiauliu ja Luminor

Payments are processed by Montonio Finance OÜ. Payment takes place outside the online store in a secure environment – when paying via bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying by credit card, in the secure environment of Montonio Finance OÜ. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details. The contract enters into force upon receipt of the amount payable to the online store’s settlement account.

The owner of the online store is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance OÜ.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days after the notification is sent.

Delivery

Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Finland, Lithuania

The buyer has the following options for receiving goods: Omniva, Itella smartpost, and courier.

The buyer bears the shipping costs, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Domestic shipments in Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 7 working days from the date of entry into force of the sales contract. Outside Estonia, delivery takes place within 14 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within up to 45 calendar days.

Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-store within 14 days.

NB! Depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right of withdrawal. In such cases, the relevant products and services must be listed and they must meet the conditions listed in § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act .

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, as is permitted when testing goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear and tear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refund amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, you must submit a statement of withdrawal from the purchase, which must be sent to the e-mail address Info@ostlemine24.ee no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.

The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the product to be returned does not correspond to the order (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the statement or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store shall immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal, refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract.

The online store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the goods that are the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that they have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the online store, the online store is not required to reimburse the consumer for any costs exceeding those associated with the standard delivery method.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sale and demand that the buyer return the goods if the price of the goods in the Online Store is significantly lower than the market price due to an error.

Right to file a claim

The online store is liable for any non-compliance with the terms of the contract or defects in the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and become apparent within two years of delivery to the buyer. Within one year of delivery to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the online store to refute this presumption.

If a defect becomes apparent, the buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months by sending an e-mail to info@ostlemine24.ee or by calling 56844529.

The online store is not liable for defects that have arisen after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.

If goods purchased from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store will refund the buyer all fees associated with the sales contract.

The Online Store shall respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data

The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer. The online store forwards personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods.

The online store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating their wish to receive direct mail notifications.

The buyer can unsubscribe from offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail address at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions provided in the e-mail containing the offers.

Dispute resolution

If the buyer has any complaints about the online store, they should be sent by e-mail to info@ostlemine24.ee or by calling 56844529.

If the buyer and the online store are unable to resolve the dispute by mutual agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms and conditions of the procedure can be found and the application can be submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer’s complaint by the committee is free of charge.
