Game “Nie ma lekko” (“No Easy Way”)

In “Nie ma lekko,” detectives try to find a word known only to the witness. Players divide roles: one is the witness, others are detectives. Detectives cooperate to find the correct word. The witness is the only one who knows the word and gives clues to detectives. They must figure out which word it is. The challenge is that the witness communicates only via dilemma cards. Sometimes dilemma cards relate directly to the word, e.g., an earthworm is definitely wetter than dry, but other times it’s harder, e.g., is bread sweeter or sour? Is a pancake more like Tom Hanks or Tom Cruise? Is Halloween sweeter or sour? After each round, fewer word cards remain on the table. After the fifth and final round, only one card should remain. If it is the sought word, players win. Note: “Nie ma lekko” is not an easy game; it’s hard to guess others’ associations.
