In this beautifully illustrated game, players develop their own reserves, which are sanctuaries for many diverse bird species. Each new specimen is a chance to enrich your collection, develop the reserve, and achieve goals.

How does it work?
During the game, each player develops their own reserve by placing bird cards on a special board. The game consists of consecutive rounds. To perform one of the available actions, place an action die in the appropriate spot on your board. With each of the four rounds, players have fewer actions but more complex effects. The game starts fast but as strategies develop, rounds may take longer.

Players can choose from four types of actions:
– Pay food and egg costs to play a bird from hand and place it in its habitat (appropriate row).
– Gain food from the available food dice pool.
– Lay eggs by taking a resource and placing it on a bird card.
– Draw bird cards.

The last three actions also activate bird abilities in that row, allowing use of effects described on bird cards.

When all players use their action dice, the round ends. Each player records their position in achieving goals. At the end, points are scored for played birds (each with its own point value), board goals, bonus cards, eggs and food on bird cards, and additional cards.
