Colorful ladybugs game play with me

The annual ladybug costume ball is approaching.
What costume to choose? Of course, colorful dots. But since each ladybug has dots in only one color, they must exchange among themselves. However, ladybugs are picky and not every color suits them. If the ladybugs turn around (using built-in magnets), the exchange fails! Moreover, ants have learned about the ball and are already on their way. If they arrive before the ladybugs, all players lose!
